Yes. The session is designed to work with teams of 5 to 50. For larger organizations with multiple sites or departments, we'll talk during the diagnostic call about the best way to structure the experience, whether that's one session with the full team or a phased approach that reaches every level of your organization. The goal is always the same: every person in the room leaves with tools they can use before the new school year starts.
I'm based in Southern California and work with programs throughout the region. For programs outside of Southern California, travel is possible. We'll discuss logistics during your call. If travel is required, any associated costs will be discussed upfront so there are no surprises. The investment in LEAD with Confidence covers the session itself. Travel is handled separately and transparently.
The June 19th deadline is for early booking pricing. After that, the Single Session investment goes from $4,500 to $5,500, and Both Sessions goes from $7,500 to $10,000. The session itself can be scheduled for any time that works for your program, summer training, pre-service days, back-to-school kickoff, or anytime during the school year.
